When will my order be delivered?
Order processing takes 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- 3–6 working days for most Indian locations
- Longer for remote or non-serviceable areas
Customized or personalized orders may take up to 15 working days to process. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances. Once your order is shipped, we will share your tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Do you apply any shipping charge?
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
- COD orders may have an additional COD handling fee, visible at checkout.
Does Pyjama Party deliver orders Overseas?
Yes, we do! We ship internationally.
International shipping charges depend on:
- Delivery country
- Order weight
- Courier partner rates
Customs or import duties (if any) must be paid by the customer.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can use this link anytime to check the status of your delivery.
What if my address is incorrect or I miss the delivery?
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate while placing the order.
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Repeated failed attempts
then re-shipping charges will apply.
What if my package is damaged or tampered?
If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or tampered, please contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos/videos.
If the courier marks your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately — we’ll help raise a case with the courier.
What happens if my order returns to Pyjama Party (RTS)?
If your order returns to us due to non-acceptance or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will be applicable for dispatching it again.
