The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. We do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.
Given that Pyjama Party offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed. However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy.
We at Pyjama Party take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. If you find an item to be faulty when delivered, you can send us an email informing us about it along with a reference image. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and we will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available or issue a refund for the same.
In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the garment, kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and reasonable measures shall be taken to rectify the issue to the best of our ability.
In the event of a sizing issue in a product, we will be happy to make the required alterations free of charge.
The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Pyjama Party’s cost.
